GUMCIU AI Press (the "Service") is an AI-assisted press publication covering technology and politics. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms & Conditions and the attached Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.1 Nature of the content — opinion, not guaranteed fact

AI-assisted content is visibly labeled as "AI-assisted · editorially supervised." GEXCAP INC. applies editorial oversight but does not warrant the absence of errors. Reports of inaccuracies may be submitted through the Corrections mechanism.

2.6 Third-party content & external links

The Service may quote, summarize or link to third-party sources. We do not reproduce other outlets' articles in full; we use the headline, an original summary and a link to the source. We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content of external sites. User comments, where present, belong to their authors.

2.7 User conduct

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to post defamatory, obscene, hateful or violence-inciting content, content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, and not to disrupt the technical operation of the Service.

2.8 Intellectual property

The original content of GUMCIU AI Press (editorial texts, trademarks, design) belongs to GEXCAP INC. and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.

2.9 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Miami, Florida. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in a class action and the right to a jury trial. Nothing in these clauses limits mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

2.10 Changes, severability, force majeure

We may amend these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We process the minimum data necessary to operate the Service, on a lawful basis, and respect data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection).
